RAW FORGINGS.

6061 T6 AEROSPACE FORGED

The forging process for forged wheels involves heating a solid block of aluminum alloy, then using immense pressure to shape it into the desired wheel design. This process aligns the metal's grain structure, improving strength, durability, and reducing weight compared to cast wheels. After forging, the wheel undergoes machining and finishing for precision and aesthetics.

MILLING.

The milling process involves machining a pre-forged aluminum alloy blank using computer numerical control (CNC) machines. This process precisely removes material to create the wheel's intricate design, including spoke patterns, weight optimization features, and surface finishes, while ensuring structural integrity and dimensional accuracy..

WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS.

Once the milling process is finished, every segment of the raw milled aluminum undergoes multiple steps, including hand filing, deburring, buffing, and high-luster polishing with ceramic beads, to prepare it for its final finish.
